"Wellbeing at Work" by Jim Harter and Jim Clifton explores the critical aspects of fostering a healthy work environment that promotes wellbeing among employees. The authors emphasize the significance of people in the organization creating a culture that values and enhances employee wellbeing, which in turn contributes to increased productivity and satisfaction. Extensive Gallup research offers guidance on understanding the five essential elements of wellbeing—Career, Social, Financial, Physical, and Community—and how people can thrive in these areas. During this session, I will provide practical insights and strategies from the book and from my personal experiences that can be used.
